Spine-Chilling First 5 Minutes of Netflix's Stranger Things 5 Released: Watch

Mumbai, November 7 - Ahead of the premiere, Netflix has unveiled the first five minutes of the highly anticipated 5th and final season of sci-fi horror thriller series Stranger Things. The sneak peek takes viewers straight back to Hawkins, 1983 – the night everything began when Will Byers first went missing.

The scene replays the fateful evening of Will Byers' disappearance into the eerie, forested landscape of the Upside Down. Will, alone and terrified, flees through the dark woods as the monstrous Demogorgon closes in. In the chilling closing moments of the video, Vecna returns, confronting Will with a sinister promise, "At long last, we can begin. You and I, we're going to do such beautiful things together."

These five minutes have set the expectations high for Stranger Things 5, which is being described as the show's most intense and emotional season yet. Hawkins is now under military quarantine after what happened in season 4. As the anniversary of Will's disappearance looms, a new and deadlier darkness threatens to consume the town and world once more.

Season 5 of the blockbuster series will be released in three volumes, with the first four episodes dropping on November 26, followed by the next three on December 25 and the final episode on December 31. The final season brings back Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and her friends as they battle Vecna one last time. It promises high-octane moments as Elven and friends promise to find Vecna to end this suffering for once and all, while he is planning to end this world.
