'War 2' and 'Coolie' Trailer Dates Revealed

Mumbai, July 14 - With exactly a month to go for the release, Yash Raj Films and Sun Pictures are gearing up to launch all important trailers of their respective movies - War 2 and Coolie, which are confirmed to clash at the box office on August 14 this year.

According to the report by Pinkvilla, YRF has locked a nearly 3-minute-long trailer, which will be released by mid-next week, around July 24/25. The action-packed trailer has reportedly been cut with the intent of taking hype and curiosity to another level.



On the other hand, director Lokesh Kanagaraj confirmed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India that the Coolie trailer will be released on August 2nd. There were rumours that the makers would launch a teaser also, but Lokesh refuted by saying that he would only release a trailer before the film's release.

About War 2

The spy action thriller is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. It stars Hrithik Roshan, who returns to reprise his role as Kabir from the first movie, Jr. NTR in his Bollywood debut and Kiara Advani in the leading roles. The movie is scheduled to hit the big screen in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.



About Coolie

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie is a gangster action drama produced by Sun Pictures. It stars Rajinikanth in the lead role alongside Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, and Aamir Khan (cameo), in prominent roles. It will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
