Shooting For Dhanush, Kriti Sanon-starrer 'Tere Ishq Mein' Wraps Up

Mumbai, July 2 - Director Aanand L. Rai's much-anticipated love story Tere Ishq Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, has officially completed filming. The shoot wrapped on Tuesday, July 1, and marks another emotional tale from the world of Raanjhanaa (2013), which also featured Dhanush under Rai's direction. The announcement of the film's wrap was accompanied by a symbolic and striking image, two bloodied hands held tightly together, hinting at the emotional intensity of the story. In the film, Dhanush plays Shankar, while Kriti Sanon portrays Mukti. The narrative delves into unrequited love, longing, and emotional conflict, promising a compelling cinematic experience.

Marking her first collaboration with both Rai and Dhanush, Kriti Sanon shared a heartfelt message on social media. "Love wrapped in Anand Rai style drama and intensity!!❤️ After a roller coaster ride and a marathon of emotionally and physically draining schedules... Another beautiful journey comes to an end," Kriti wrote. "But this one has given me memories and equations that will last forever!!"



She expressed gratitude to director Aanand L. Rai, adding, "@aanandlrai thank you for holding my one hand through this journey to find Mukti, and for feeding me the yummiest food with so much love with the other hand 🤣❤️🤗 I have enjoyed every moment being directed by you, sir!"

The National Award-winning actress also heaped high praise on co-star Dhanush. "Such a pleasure doing scenes with you my friend! Here's to many more together!! 🤗💖 Stay amazing and stay in touch!!"

Tere Ishq Mein is produced by Aanand L. Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under the banners of Colour Yellow Productions and T-Series. The screenplay is penned by Himanshu Sharma in collaboration with Neeraj Yadav. With a soul-stirring score by A.R. Rahman and lyrics by Irshad Kamil, the film is set for a theatrical release on November 28, 2025, in both Hindi and Tamil.
