James Gunn's 'Superman' First Reactions Out Online

Los Angeles, July 8 - Director James Gunn's Superman movie is officially flying into theatres this upcoming weekend, on July 11, kicking off with a lot of expectations as far as the future of DC films is concerned. It is the first film in the DC Universe (DCU).

Starring David Corenswet as Clark Kent / Superman, alongside Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Superman had its premiere in Los Angeles on Monday night, and following which, the first reactions to the movie have started hitting online.



While the critics' reviews of the movie aren't expected until tomorrow, initial social media reactions from press media and influencers appear to be largely positive, calling the film a terrific start for the new DC studios, under James Gunn and producer Peter Safran.
