All-Time Blockbuster 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' Final Worldwide Box Office Collection

Mumbai, July 17 - Superstar Salman Khan-fronted comedy-drama Bajrangi Bhaijaan remains a milestone in his illustrious career and a defining work for director Kabir Khan. The film is widely hailed as one of Salman's finest performances to date, with many critics and fans considering it the emotional peak of his acting journey.

Released on 17 July 2015, just before Eid, Bajrangi Bhaijaan opened to a thunderous response across the country. Despite the pre-Eid timing, it scored a phenomenal 27+ crore net opening day, among the biggest for a Bollywood film at the time. Powered by glowing reviews and extraordinary word-of-mouth, the film collected over 184 crore net in its first week, recording the second-highest first-week total for a Hindi film after Dhoom 3.



The momentum didn't stop there. In its second week, Bajrangi Bhaijaan added another 88 crore net, and by the end of its domestic run, it had become only the second Bollywood film after PK to enter the elite 300 crore net club in India.

Internationally, the film delivered a staggering performance, particularly in China, where it grossed approximately 300 crore, cementing its status as one of the highest-grossing Indian films in that market. Its worldwide gross surpassed 900 crore, making it the highest-grossing Indian film globally at the time of its release.
